What we collect

When you submit the free-resources form, we collect your email address and the IDs of the cheat sheets you selected. Nothing else.

What we do with it

We send a confirmation email immediately. After confirmation, we deliver the PDFs and schedule a four-email follow-up sequence over 7 days. After that, we send nothing further unless you reply or request more.

Where it's stored

Email addresses and the drip schedule are stored in Vercel KV (a Redis-backed service). The email sending platform is Resend.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your email. We do not embed analytics tracking pixels in delivery emails. We do not use email to target advertising.

How to delete your data

Email support@clinicalperformancelab.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll remove your address from our records within 7 days.
